Randy Gish Randy Gish has been involved in sales and marketing and/or building and developing from the time he graduated with dual majors in finance and real estate, from the University of Missouri, Columbia (MU) in 1991. Randy met his wife Lori at MU. They now have four wonderful children, thee girls and a boy. After various positions in sales and management, Randy started building homes in February of 1999. Randy first built entry-level homes and progressed to building larger custom homes. Development was always in Randy’s plans and he has developed three separate residential subdivisions, two in Lee’s Summit and one in Pleasant Hill. Randy is currently re-inventing himself. He is building GREEN HOMES that are Energy Star Certified in Ridge Tree Subdivision, in Pleasant Hill, Missouri, and personally marketing them through Reece and Nichols Shewmaker.
